    In one week I’ll take the final photo’s, give a review of the past 9 months, and give away 2 containers of protein powderI have connections =) Details soon to come.  I may just do one at a time or both together.  It will be fun.  I’ve never done a giveaway, but i’ve been very lucky and won 2 recently.

    Cleaning house=burning calories=weight loss

    Selling house=stress=chocolate=weight gain

    I think I’m breaking even, but i hope I’m making progress.  WHAT! What at am i saying.  I know that i can’t just hope. I need to take action and exercise, and find a healthier energy booster over the chocolate.

    Apple
    Almonds
    PB toast
    Coconut oatmeal (lasts longer then most)
    Strawberries (can’t afford them this month)

    I’m throwing on the workout clothes and doing a workout tonight.  Glad i talked myself into that =)

    Thanks for reading my self pep talk.  Time to get off my behind and get moving again.

    Keeping busy.  It turns out my little sister is getting married in San Diego this summer so we’re switching the surfing part of our trip to that trip, and going on a cruise when he graduates in a few weeks.  We are also trying to figure out what to do with our tax return.  Use it to pay off all debt, sell the house, rent the house, buy a house….lots of options, just have to figure out which one is right for us.  Either way I’m getting cardio in all the time, and staying very active.  I’m actually in the middle of shampooing my carpets right now…just waiting for the high traffic treatment to set in.

    Hope you are all healthy and fit, reaching goals, and enjoying life.  I will still do a grand finale with photos and details.

    Looks like spring is finally comming.  Hope you all plan something and get outside to enjoy it =)
