    Taking a healthy break from FitnessSurfing. Busy with getting a yard in, a nursery ready, making new friends now that everyone is done hibernating. It’s been a long winter, and I’m getting out and about every chance i get. The buds are coming out on the trees, and our yard is ready to get started once it stops raining and snowing.

    We picked a name for this little girl. Kayana. Due Aug 1st so starting to take it easy. Man this girl is a wiggle worm. It’s a good reminder that she’s growing, but it will be fun when she’s here to see if she can even stay in a blanket. I’m just grateful everything has gone good so far, and prayin’ that she gets here safe and healthy.

    Started this pregnancy 10lbs heavier than the last one, and so far already gained more than my last one. When I’m pregnant i don’t diet or really worry about gaining weight unless it’s my Dr says it’s unhealthy for the baby. I pay attention to my cravings very similar to when I’m not pregnant and make sure I’m getting what i need.

    Either way once i’ve got the clearance from my Midwife/OB I’ll be taking on a serious fitness routine/lifestyle/habit and sharing my learning experiences along the way.
