I used my dream of taking surfing lessons to motivate myself to get in shape and get active. I loved the lessons so much I’m getting in even better shape so i can do it again next year.

Also on the menu…rock climbing, skiing, laser tag, rollerblading, ice skating, 5k, snowboarding…

There are many great experts, and books full of advice and knowledge.  I will share the reality of applying that knowledge in real life. I’ll share my struggles and my victories.

Part of putting myself out here like this is to motivate myself as well. You’ll be expecting results, and i aim to more than succeed.

My hubby here on the right is a huge part of my inspiration. I’ve known him for over 11 years now and we have a lot of fun together. Now, we’ve been married 7 years and have two little boys. I love my family and love spending good times with them.

    I just found your blog via Faith at An Edible Mosaic. I read a few of your posts and I believe we have a lot in common. I am also the mom of two small children (3&6) I love all things food & exercise. I love a workout buzz, an athletic adrenaline buzz and caffeine.
