Stephenie: As always you were a huge help in pulling thru and pushing forward. Thanks!

SpinDiva: Other then the occasional chocolate i eat when i tense up (kids), i would rather eat strawberries over ice cream, and healthy fats, protein, veggies. I just figure I'd rather do another short workout then spend 20 min tracking every calorie =) So far this week it's working great.

Sagan: It's going great. I even "tossed my scale". I've had two workouts the past three days and still eat very healthy, just not so...complicated. It's always nice to simplify.

That's the attitude! Every day is a new day that we can start over again. There's always an opportunity to make healthy decisions, and we have to make sure we're doing what we really want to do. Am looking forward to hearing how the new plan works for you!

Welcome to the real world Fitness Surfer girl!! I know exactly what you mean because I do the same thing and then after I eat all I want with the intention to workout more, I don't because, you know, life happens, especially when there are kids in the mix. You posted my thoughts with regards to stepping it up a notch or two in my workout routine. If it isn't natural for me to not eat certain foods then it's very likely that I will eat that food eventually, in large sum. However I have noticed that when I workout hard, I eat less crap. Hope it's the same with you. Keep up the good work!!

I am glad to hear you're out of your slump! I would rather eat more and workout twice as hard, but I just need to find balance. Eat a little less, work a litter harder. This half-marathon training is the most consistent exercise I've gotten in awhile. Tomorrow is a new day and I intend to start fresh with some yoga and lifting! Possibly surfing =)
