    Every time I have a kid I end up doing a 12 week challenge to get myself back on track. Well it’s that time again. Life has, well… life hasn’t slowed down as life is speeding up more and more every year and there will always be something, and I’ll always get sick withing a week of starting something new. So, I plan a prepare and accomplish. This last week i’ve been getting my house in order. As in, actually folding the laundry, not just having a clean basket and a dirty basket. Not just spot sweeping but sweeping the kitchen entirely and moping it, scrubbing the toilets and around the toilets (the joys of having boys) Going thru the pile of decor stuff from our last 3 moves and finally putting stuff together making a fun family friendly design. Essentially making my life easier.

    How are you all doing? I’ve been spending lots more time with the new baby and a lot less time online. Even when it’s time for her to have a bottle and i do get some time online I’m usually catching up on basic email and bills, or just relaxing and watching a show. So i tend to have many long gaps between posts. And About the same between comments. It’s back to a 12 week challenge which i haven’t done in a long time on here. I think my first one was back in 08′.

    Meal PlanHere are the recipes I’m using. If there is 16 oz of meat then the recipe is 2 servings. The Asian patties makes 5 servings. In the evening if you noticed after 3 there are no more complex carbs Complex carbs are great for during the day because they take longest to digest but not need to have slow digesting carbs sitting in my stomach all night long. Makes sense.  I don’t have the meat loaf recipe cuz i haven’t made that one up yet.

    RecipeI’m on day 2 of this new exercise and diet routine and it’s hard. I knew it would be, like i said I’m cautiously excited. I know how much work it takes to transform a body and the discipline. I also know how good it feels to go skiing and not be sore or not worry about causing an injury. I know what it feels like to where skinny jeans after achieving a goal. So for that part I’m excited. I also am going to go surfing again. This time do it right, with a water camera and some extra cash for the giveaways. I was penny pinching just get there and cover the lesson. This time do it right. Our 10 yr anniversary is this summer. He wants to go to NY. I was thinking somewhere with a decent surfing beach. We shall see if the surfing trip happens this summer or next. Have some big debts to pay off, and need to finish the yard still.

    Kids are doing good. The oldest noticed the trash can was full and took out all of the trashes, then proceeded to unstack the dishwasher, and make his bed, all without me saying a peep. We had a rink-a-dink chore chard i put in the garage door with magnets but found out it was turning our door green. Haven’t made a new chart yet, but just found this site and love this idea.

    I’ll try and catch up with all of you guys this week. I’ve missed my fitness friends. Love ya all – FS

    I’m glad to hear everyone is doing well! Sounds like you’ve been a very busy lady. Your approach sounds great (love your menu!) — good luck with everything!

    Glad you are doing well! I’m not nearly as much online as I used to be anymore either… It’s good to live life! :)
