    I just had the most intense 20min work out.

    Bike 15 min: I did it like a hill with a 5 min warm up then increasing every minuet and maxed out on the last one. Wow that felt good. I felt like I was in a race when you just keep pushing your self and kick it in to gear around that last bend.  Then, i did a 2 min cool down.

    Abs: I did 70+ various kinds of cit ups continuously with no breaks and 10 of each kind. Legs up, legs straight, crunches, side, twists, full sit ups, and the kind with my legs hanging from a chair.

    Arms: 15 push-ups, 20 military presses, and various other arm workouts.

    Dead Lifts\Rows: 30+ rotating between the two.

    If I can even do 5 min hear and there of this kind of intense work out, I’ll get results, and will make sure I get some sort of exercise in every day.  If i’m going to spend time exercising it better be intense.
