I plan, plan, plan, especially exercise and food. I think it&#039;s key to have lots of healthy foods around (and none of the not so good stuff). If I do my shopping right, I naturally eat well...

		<description>That&#039;s awesome, congrats! I don&#039;t have any tricks... though I&#039;ve had my best success when eating totally clean. Right now I&#039;m eating semi clean... If I&#039;m going to have treats they need to be clean. Rice Dream instead of ice cream, air popped popcorn instead of movie theater butter, etc. Another biggie for me is stress. When I&#039;m stressed I a) don&#039;t lose any weight no matter how well I watch my intake and b) have the munchies. So stress management and eating clean would be my two tricks I guess. Better get on those... ;)</description>
