This last week i’ve stayed the same but as of two weeks ago I’m down to 170 and stayin’ there. Now, just to get the motivation to keep on going. It’s almost like when i hit a goal I’m so happy that i slack off or maybe it’s just time to cycle my calories (have a day off). But a day off turns into a bunch of days with no plan no goal no focus.
Focus – Get a meal plan figured out that is fun flexible/functional and fabulous (ok i was going to say delicious but I had the “F” thing going on)
Goal – To follow meal plan 90% of each week
Plan – Note book in the kitchen to track everything. Have a plan for when i do an extra workout so I won’t be too low on calories and end up gaining weight from triggering my bodies starvation mode.
Update on sis. Turns out i can’t give on and will be editing my last post. Legality. All I can say is she is awesome. She doesn’t see it but she is.
HAPPY MAY!!! Finally! Taunted by a week of 75 temps then snow every morning for a week. Ahhh enough to drive this beach-lovin’-girl crazy. Oh, i found a place to swim. Deciding if i buy a pass or just sign my son up for swimming lessons.
Big News. I have a mountain bike again!!!! We sold mine to pay for baby bills 6 years ago. So happy to have a bike again. Got a bike trailer so i have no excuse not to go. Even a better workout pulling 50 lbs behind me. 4yr old 35 and 8mo 15.
