    Breakfast: 6 Egg Whites, Apple
    Snack: Protein Shake w/ Milk
    Cardio: 50min Bike
    Lunch: Turkey Sandwich
    Snack: Protein Shake, Milk and Bran Flakes
    Dinner: Eggs over Flavored Brown Rice
    Gym: Lower Body Weights
    Snack: Bananas Sugar Free Syrup cooked and served over warm Cottage Cheese
