MizFit:
Happy to hear. I’m just starting to have more fun with the creative part. I’ve got creativity pouring out of my ears (yuck) and it’s nice to finally have an outlet.

Spin Diva:
Pie? I can always eat more pie. Do you cook the apple in it or add it after? I often use my spoon to quickly add a fresh banana right after I cook my oatmeal. It’s a great way to sweeten it up while getting another fruit into my diet. I’ll have to try the apple, but use a knife =)

mmmmmm that sounds so yummy and comforting. I love oatmeal in the winter time, it's filling and delicious. I'll have to try adding different things. Have you tried adding chopped apples and spices? it's like an oatmeal apple pie. It's my favorite. Thanks for sharing this idea.

Stephenie: Lol! I know what you mean, thanks.

“A New Earth” It’s a little out there. A friend recommended it to me when I was really struggling and couldn’t figure out how to get over some serious issues. Any other time in my life I would have dismissed it as weird. I wouldn’t recommend it unless your life is at a point where your open to anything and need a completely new perspective. I watched the online Oprah and Ekhart Tolle chapter review for the first three chapters, and then bought the book. No matter what religious beliefs you have you can learn something new from it. I covers a lot of the “ego” and “collective consciousness.” Anywho, that’s my take on it.

Biz: Thanks, It’s not this grueling thing anymore. I actually enjoy it, along with exercising. That spaghetti squash with chicken looks amazing.

I LOVE pumpkin everything!!! I will have to try this... putting it on my list =)

You're in such a good place right now! Your progress is unbelievable, I feel so proud and I don't even know you, lol. GREAT work! Being a night owl isn't such a bad thing, you'll definitely find more time since your hubby will be home and the kids are asleep. I looked up edamame and it said vegetable... but I don't know. I just know it is a tasty treat that can totally substitute chips. And how awesome about the $450!!!!

Do you like "A New Earth"?? I've heard things about it, but haven't looked into it yet...
