Even thou i love being active i also love slowing down and savoring the moment…flavor, smell ect. Even when I’m out in the ocean i can slow down and just breath in the beautiful beach or smell the fresh ocean..feel the breeze ect…

Update: My jogging stroller has a flat and after $6 of slime i found out i don’t have a pump that works…just a soccer pump which doesn’t work with the valve. It’s been perfect outdoor weather and i’ve been dying to get out. I’ve decided that i need to just get active either way and keep biking so my knee doesn’t get back out of whack.
I’m putting mountain bikes at the top of my “when i pay off the next debt” list. A little pricey but I’ll find a good deal. When I had my first kid I sold my bike…along with my house, car, and more just so i could stay home and not send my kid to day care. If it came down to it i would do that, but not by choice. I feel lucky to have kids. Some people try their whole lives and I’m very grateful for what i have…anyhow.
Man I’m on tangents lately. Well, it’s off to put the kids down and do some cardio.

I’m most grateful for all the time I get to spend with my kids (a toddler and a teenager) and my hubby.

I am grateful I have good food on my table and a roof over my head – luxuries a lot of people don’t have!
Glad you got your cardio in!

What Andrea and Biz said! I’m most grateful for my family and that our needs are met. Second on my gratitude list would be that I worked my way back to health and fitness.
