		<description>You&#039;re right, that neighborhood is gorgeous and very Stepford Wives-like!  When I get cravings I love to make tea.  You can get tea in pretty much any flavor you like (chocolate cream, vanilla nut, etc.), or you can have something herbal like peppermint.  These teas really help w/ cravings since they&#039;re slightly sweet, plus, the warmth makes me feel full.</description>

But if I really want something after distracting myself with some water and some physical activity such as short walk for about 15 to 20 minutes, I usually have a little of what I&#039;m craving. I have been working hard on portion control, so most of the time I can have just a little of about anything, and I&#039;m fine.
