Yesterday I had a very busy morning. By the time I had the boys down for naps I was exhausted and wanted a nap myself. I was really struggling. I was so tired I couldn’t even convince my self that I would do it later. I thought I might be coming down with something.
Then I remembered, this happens every time I start exercising I always get sick or really tired and stop after a week or two. This time I wasn’t going to let that happened. As I sat there trying to convince my self that I wanted to work out, I finally decided I could do a little 15min abs work out.
I finally got up and when I went to turn on the Abs workout I ended up checking out a 40min cardio routine that I had never tried. I usually do 20min max. I was dragging thru the whole thing, but doing something new really helped considering I almost didn’t work out at all. So I psyched my self out and got an even better work out then usual. I was dragging at the end of the day, but I slept like a baby.
