Well Hello!
The move was great. Honestly who says that? I do. In 2 hours we were loaded and unloaded at out new place, thanks to lots of help from neighbors, friends, and family. We were able to return the favor when our new neighbor moved a week later.
I’ve been procrastinating getting back into shape. I pretty much took winter off, or at least not so intense. I eat healthy 80% of the time and that keeps me from gaining weight, but man am i ever out of shape.
So, i’ve been biking here and there. We decided to put the $40/mo city center family pas into part of the preschool cost starting in Aug. We have a bike, bands, 5/10 lb weights, and a pull up bar. Between that and body weight exercises were good.

Back Burner, on a Last Priority Setting
I borrowed 30 day shred from my sister. It’s hard, or I’m just out of shape. Either way i’m getting in shape. Why is it that i put my goals and dreams on the back burner, on a last priority setting? Not any more. I’m a better me all together when i take care of my self, and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
Time to light the flame and start checking things of my dream list. I got my art studio (corner in the office) all set up where i can create, and I’m workin’ hard to get back in shape and stay in shape. These workouts are the first that don’t have funky footwork where i end up twisting my knee. Just simple baisics when done right kick my but, literally.

Tips to Boost Immune System
Whenever i start working out, or increase my intensity i get sick. So this time I’m…
-exhaust the muscle but not my self (exhaustion causes weak immune system)
-extra sleep
-added calories
-extra vitamin C
-extra vitamin E
-echinacea
-min of 10 glasses of water/day
-lower stress (via meditate/yoga/organization)

You’re BACK!!! I did a little dance in my chair when your blog lit up on my reader
I’m glad that you’re move was easy and that you’re in your new place! How exciting! That’s fabulous that you have an art space… I think that’s so important. I’m looking for a table right now to use in mine. I’m more likely to work when I can leave my things out to pick up later. Missed you! XOXO

Have fun getting back in the shape you want to be in! Sounds like the move went well…
I like your plan for boosting your immune system! I’ve been fighting a terrible cold/flu for a long time, and I’m just finally better (keep your fingers crossed; I’ve had several relapses…). My hubby swears I didn’t get better sooner because I didn’t rest enough. And he is probably right…
Glad you are back to blogging!

Stephanie: Yes! I missed you too =) The plan with the art is to be able to leave it out too, so i can really get going on a project. I’m excited to get my creative bug going again. It always gives me a sense of achievement. You know what i mean.
Andrea: That’s been the story of my life the past few weeks and of my youngest boy. And, here i am not getting enough sleep watching lost. I better take my own advice =). Hope you stay well, and enjoy a long healthy summer.

Welcome back!!! Yes, 30 Day Shred is hard, but it’s one of my favorite workout videos, because as you mentioned, the footwork isn’t overly complex. Glad your move went well!

Yay, I’m glad you’re back! The 30 Day Shred is hard!! Every time I do it, it kicks my butt all over again. (Which is why I love it.
) I’m glad to hear you’re settled into your new place!

Pubsqal & Faith: How is that everyone has tried this workout? Oh yea I’m to cheap to pay 9 bucks. I’m thinking about rotating it with just plain cardio so my push up muscles have at least a day to recover. I’m use to having 5 days of recovery per muscle group. I don’t need to build muscle so i don’t need to worry about the recovery time just the calorie burn. Ok, this is turning into another post. Anywho, glad to know you like it.

I tried it because I won the DVD in a blog giveaway. (I’m cheap too!
) I never did the whole 30 days–I just used it to get in some strength along with my cardio. I probably wouldn’t do all 30 days in a row, for the reason you mention: the muscles need their recovery time.
That’s cool that you have a little studio space. What sort of art do you do?
