Fitness and exercise increase our growing health. There is nobody can tell that is enough. Less than 5% of adults engage in 30 minutes or more of activity each day. The heart is very important, everyone wants them to stay always well but they didn`t.
America is always different then everyone else. It would be awesome. 28% of Americans or 80.2 million people aged six and older are physically inactive. The U.S.A is the biggest and popular country activity which is best. But older people avoid exercise and don’t stay fit.
Here to see 80% of adults not following every rule but they need it. They have not guidelines. Although it seems to be a lot of trouble. They all have need aerobic muscle strengthening.
You can see 3 out of 100 schools get 60 minutes of physical activity every day. This is not perfect. We have followed the rules, every school has to do this. That is not good for energy.
Only 1 in 3 children are physically active each day. That is not improving nowadays. It totally decreases not increase. We have to routine for our children. I want our children to maintain health and fitness.
We also see that only 1 in 3 adults get the recommended amount of physically active each week activities. Some this is increase and sometimes decreases. We don`t like these. This is not good for the heart.
